Bruce Ewert and his Nova Scotian-born wife Pauline Scott moved their young family to Nova Scotia in 2004 and founded L’Acadie Vineyards in the Gaspereau Valley. L'Acadie Vineyards is the only certified Organic Vineyard and Winery in Nova Scotia.
Lightfoot and Wolfville Vineyards
Mike and Joycelyn Lightfoot are producers whom recognizes the influence of the Bay of Fundy, the terrior of Nova Scotia, which is allowing them to plant many different vernif. They are the only Organic and Biodynamic Winery in the Province.

Sea Level Brewing
Randy Lawrence owner and operator opened Sea Level in 2007 in Port Williams. At that time it was the only microbrewery in the Annapolis Valley. Their mission is to produce an approachable taste to quality, micro brewed beers providing distinguished characteristic and unique flavours to each truly handcrafted recipe; while deriving as many local ingredients as possible since 1995. Our guarantee is to never compromise quality for quantity in the pursuit of brewing happiness.
Bad Apple Brewhouse
Jeff Saunders owner and operator opened Bad Apple in 2012 in Somerset Nova Scotia. Jeff wanted to never run out of beer so he decided to start making his own! He uses malted barley, wheat, and rye toasted to different levels to create the different flavours. Hops are added during the boiling phase to add bitterness more flavour and aroma.
Saltbox Brewing Company
Located in Mahone Bay, Saltbox has four founders who decided that they wanted to get into the local beer scene. "Our focus is on distinctive taste and aroma using local ingredients as much as possible. A family owned and operated Brewery it opened in 2014 in the heart of Tatamagouche. They wanted to create tasty handcrafted beer and they did and they made it Organic!
LongSpell Point Farm
Owned and operated by Jeff MacMan LongSpell is located in Kingston. LongSpell is antibiotic free and grass fed meat. They also grow organic vegetables. A great local farm to work with!
Meadowbrook Meat Market
Jim and Margie Lamb are the only pork producer in The Atlantic Provinces that produce all-natural anti-biotic free pork that is rich in Omega 3 and 6.They raise their hogs from farrow to finish, feed from the majority of grains they grow.
